The problem
Give a boutique brand a polished store where shoppers browse, shortlist and order in one tap. The cart becomes a pre-written Instagram message, so there is no payment gateway to run.
How it works
Sagi Jewels sells 92.5 sterling silver jewellery in Australia: daily wear, gemstone sets, chokers, bracelets and pooja return gifts.
The store lets shoppers search instantly, open a quick view, save favourites to a wishlist and build a cart in a drawer. Instead of a checkout and payment gateway, the cart turns into a ready-written Instagram message to the brand, which is how its customers already like to order.
