How it works
A personal landing page for Jay, an associate director at Mortgage IP in Australia, covering home loans, refinancing, investment, SMSF and commercial lending.
The centrepiece is a repayment calculator that does the amortisation maths live, for principal-and-interest or interest-only loans at any repayment frequency. One click carries the numbers into the booking form, and on phones a quick-action bar keeps call and book within reach.
